Simply Sweet...Nature at it's finest
At Simply Sweet Cakery I strive to use only the most fresh and natural ingredients. Over 80% of the ingredients used are USDA certified organic meaning that they are free of hormones and pesticides; good for planet earth and great for you and your loved ones! All other ingredients are the purest, most natural available. When I use fruits or any other "produce" it is ALWAYS organic and when possible, locally grown.
I believe that by using only the best ingredients the truest, tastiest flavors can shine. I believe that we are called to till and care for the earth... and the best way to do that is by not poisoning it with man-made chemicals.
I know many of you are thinking... but won't this make your cakes more expensive? No... organic and natural ingredients are far less expensive than in the past. Plus, by having seasonal flavors (i.e. strawberry only in strawberry season...or until my season's freezer supply runs out) I pass the local savings on to my customers and the planet... far less CO2 filling the air when produce only travels 20 miles and not 2,000.
All this said, I hope that you will give Simply Sweet Cakery a try for your next special occasion... and maybe make it a part of your family traditions.
